Whether caring for horses, welcoming guests, or maintaining our beautiful grounds, every role plays an important part in making our farm a special place.

From time to time, we look for dependable, caring, and motivated individuals to join us. Opportunities may involve working directly with horses, assisting with livestock, or supporting the overall care of our facilities.

General Requirements

All applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be available for weekday and/or weekend shifts (most positions are part-time)
  • In some cases, live within 8 miles of our facility
  • Successfully complete a background check

Opportunities May Include

  • Riding Instructors – Teach English riding, Western riding, or both, while helping riders grow in confidence and skill.
  • Livestock Feeder / Ranch Hand – Assist with daily feeding and care of horses and other animals, along with general farm tasks.
  • Horse Camp Counselor – Help lead our children’s and adult camp activities, including summer horse camps and year-round programs.
  • Party Host & Event Assistant – Work with our team to create memorable experiences at birthday parties and special events.
  • Grounds & Maintenance Crew – Support the upkeep of our facilities through repairs, light construction, mowing, trimming, and other outdoor projects.
